Masterclass: Gary Lloyd

Gary is one of the UK’s most sought-after directors and choreographers.

Known for his crossover from music to theatre, Gary has worked as Creative Director with some of the world’s biggest artists on their live performances and arena tours, bringing his wealth of experience in the latest technology and sound as well as his innate creative vision to the theatrical stage.

Just some of Gary’s credits include; Heathers the Musical (Associate Director and Choreographer) and Thriller Live (West End and International).

Whilst working with Performers College students Gary taught choreography from the West End hit, ‘Heathers the Musical’ allowing the students to experience an audition experience as well as delve deeper into character portrayal and connection to the movement from a performance perspective. This masterclass was invaluable for our students hoping to move forward into a performing career in musical theatre productions.
