Ruby Hill

Associate Lecturer of Voice

Ruby is a West Midlands based Voice Coach and Singing teacher, and has an MA in Professional Voice Practise from studying at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. She also has an BA(Hons) in Musical Theatre after training at The School of Performing Arts - University of Wolverhampton.

She currently works as a visiting lecturer at both the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, and the University of Wolverhampton, teaching practical voice, accent work, voice and text and vocal anatomy to both acting and musical theatre students. As well as working in Universities, Ruby has a passion for working with children and is a private singing teacher/vocal coach in schools and at home

As well as teaching, Ruby works as a freelance singer and performer, and also has an interest in singing for well-being; having studied with the Musical Breath she is a qualified Singing for Lung Health practitioner, and is passionate about using voice work and singing practises to support health and wellbeing.
