Associate Lecturer in Singing

Liv is an actor and singer based in Herefordshire. She read Classics at Cambridge University where she appeared in musical productions ranging from Sondheim to Sullivan, including playing the title role of Iolanthe at the Cambridge Arts Theatre in the presence of the late Duke of Edinburgh, HRH Prince Philip.

After a few years in the wilderness i.e. having a “proper” job, she trained as a classical singer at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire which lead to performing internationally as a legit/crossover soprano with Silverseas Cruises. Upon returning to the UK in 2018, she re-enrolled at the conservatoire, this time on the postgraduate acting course.

Since graduating in 2019, Livia has worked across stage and screen. Screen credits include: Hollyoaks (Lime Pictures), Autopsy: The Last Hours of Kate Spade (ITV Studios) and The Willows (Rural Media). Her stage credits include Enter
Stage Write 2020 at the Birmingham Hippodrome and King Lear with Here to There Productions at the Ludlow Festival.

Livia has ADHD and rare type of Muscular Dystrophy. As such, she is a passionate advocate for disabled and neurodivergent performers.
