Brighton and Manchester students perform and exhibit at Move It 2024
From Friday 15th March to Sunday 17th March 2024 the UK’s biggest dance event Move It 2024 took over ExCeL London for three days of performances, masterclasses, exhibitors and more.
Students from Brighton and Manchester, including Northern Ballet School, were present throughout the weekend on stand 704, meeting and greeting some of the UK’s freshest talent, while students from both Brighton and Manchester campuses performed exclusive routines on the main stage and showcase stages.
Our Brighton campus performed The Journey choreographed by Munya Muchati, a contemporary fusion routine.
Representing Manchester, our students performed No Bad Vibes choreographed by Adele Inglis and Kenzie Allison, a contemporary hip hop piece, and Swing Set, a tap jazz fusion dance choreographed by Holly Rostron.
Northern Ballet School performed My Own Music, a musical theatre piece choreographed by Andrew Margerison and Encounters, a neo-classical ballet choreographed by Ryan Upton.
Sarah Mullan, Head of School at Performers College Brighton commented on our student performances.
