Sarah Mullan
Head of School - Brighton Campus
Sarah Mullan leads the Brighton Campus at Performers College, bringing extensive experience across teaching, research, and leadership roles in Higher Education. As Head of School, she oversees academic excellence and student development at the Brighton location.
Furthermore, she holds a BA in Drama and English and an MA in Theatre from Queen's University Belfast. Additionally, Sarah earned her PhD in Drama, Theatre and Performance from Queen Mary, University of London.
As a queer performance researcher, her recent scholarship examines the materialist practices and politics of theatrical institutions. Moreover, her academic leadership combines practical theatre expertise with cutting-edge research in performance studies.
Under her guidance, the Brighton Campus continues to deliver exceptional training for aspiring performers. Therefore, students benefit from her unique blend of academic rigor and industry insight.
