Dougie is lucky enough to have been choreographing and performing in the Entertainment Industry for over 25 years. After playing the lead role in “Tap Dogs” performing the show worldwide, Dougie then appeared in several television shows including, BBC’ “Strictly Come Dancing”, Sky 1 “Got to Dance” (Adam Garcia’ choreographer) and ITV’ “Get Your Act Together”.

In theatre, Dougie’s choreographic credits include, tap choreographer for Darcey Bussell and Katherine Jenkins in Viva La Diva, tap choreographer for the sellout season of “Strictly Gershwin” at the Royal Albert Hall and also the world premiere of “The song book of Judy Garland” staring Judy Garlands daughter, Lorna Luft. 

Dougie has also worked on many Stadium events such as the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Closing Ceremonies on which he had the role of Dance Captain, the 2015 Rugby World Cup opening ceremony and also Dougie was a featured dancer in the Take That “Circus Tour”, tap dancing to crowds of 90,000 people. He was also the Resident Director of the World premier “Sessions Tour” at the Royal Albert Hall. 

Dougie has just choreographed a brand-new show called “Noise Boys”. Dougie is currently Head of Productions, Careers, and Industry Liaison at Performers College.
