Performers students and graduates open the UEFA women’s Euro final at Wembley with Becky Hill
Students and graduates of Performers College Essex performed as part of the opening show of the UEFA women’s final at Wembley with Brit award-winning artist Becky Hill. Choreographed by graduate of 2009 Mark Jennings they put on a show-stopping spectacle inside a sold-out Wembley Stadium moments before one of the biggest women’s football games in the world.
The festival-themed performance marked a moment in history for the record-breaking tournament by bringing music and sports fans, both at home and in the stadium, together to celebrate female empowerment and the momentum of the women’s game this summer.
Speaking of her performance Becky Hill said:
“Wow that was amazing! I’m honoured to have been part of the celebration of this landmark tournament for women’s football.”
Co-Founder of Mass Movement management and agency, Christian Storm, who auditioned our current students to be a part of this incredible experience had this to say about working with them:
“My personal experience and those of my entrusted team, have nothing but praise for the level of professionalism that each student of Performers College provided for such a large-scale performance, not to mention their unrivalled talent in this very competitive industry.”
