Performers College unveils International Summer School: World-class training for aspiring performers
Performers College is proud to announce the launch of its International Summer School, an intensive 10-day programme designed to provide aspiring young performers with world-class training across all performing arts disciplines. This comprehensive programme, based at our Essex campus, combines expert tuition with cultural experiences in London’s vibrant theatre scene.
The International Summer School represents a significant evolution in our summer programming, offering students aged 16-18 an immersive experience in acting, singing and dance. Participants will benefit from training with renowned industry directors, musical directors and choreographers, whilst enjoying unique opportunities to explore London’s iconic Theatreland.
The programme features comprehensive training across multiple disciplines, including West End workshops with professional performers, musical theatre integration, ensemble and solo singing, acting for stage and screen, and an extensive range of dance styles from Classical Ballet to Contemporary Fusion. Students will participate in three industry masterclasses, gaining invaluable insights from established theatre professionals.
Recognising the needs of international students, the programme includes a complete care package covering accommodation, meals, evening social activities and theatre tickets. The school has implemented robust student support services, including airport pickup, 24/7 pastoral care, English language support and dedicated welfare team assistance.
“This new International Summer School exemplifies our commitment to providing exceptional performing arts education on a global scale. We’ve created a programme that not only develops technical skills but also fosters cultural exchange and creative growth through a truly immersive experience.”
