Jennifer Mitchell

Head of School – Birmingham Campus

Jennifer trained at the Royal Academy of Music, London and Birmingham School of Acting. Additionally, she is a Licentiate of the Royal Academy of Music, specializing in Musical Theatre. Furthermore, Jennifer is a Certified Master Trainer in The Estill Voice Model. Moreover, she lectures in various UK drama schools in vocal anatomy and physiology, The Estill Model, technical singing and acting through song.

Currently, Jennifer serves as Head of School for the Birmingham Campus at Performers College. Additionally, she is the proud owner and Director of Midlands Voice Hub. This provides elite voice support, coaching and referral services outside of London.

Professional Credits

Vocalist and session work: Jennifer has performed in Best of Rock Musicals (Hammersmith Apollo) and Andrea Bocelli UAE Arena Tour (Flash Entertainment). Furthermore, her credits include Brit Icon – Elton John (ITV) and Anthems: The Concert Tour (Kerry Ellis and Brian May). Additionally, she performed in The Sondheim Prom (BBC) and Symphony at The Tower (Thackery Productions). Moreover, Jennifer worked on The Boy Who Fell Into A Book (Original Cast Recording) and Elton John in Concert (Royal Albert Hall).

Theatre: Her theatre work includes Crystal in 'Gutter Press' (Riverside Studios) and Abi in '4Ever' (Brief Candle). Additionally, Jennifer played Fairy Nuff in 'Robin Hood' (Little Wolf Entertainment) and Charity in 'Sweet Charity' (Susie Sainsbury Theatre). Furthermore, she performed as Autolycus in A Winter's Tale (Globe).

TV, Film and Radio: Jennifer's screen work includes The Scream (Ila Dusk Productions) and Freda in 'A series of shorts with Prunella Scales' (Tannitch Productions). Moreover, she appeared as Girlfriend in 'Nokia Commercial' (Hotspur and Argyle) and Emma in 'English Bloody Rose' (Losky Films). Additionally, Jennifer voiced Olga in 'A day Like Any Other' (BBC Radio).
